Cooking Time - 15 Minutes
Ingredients:Fish - 1/4 Kg
Red Chili - 3
Garlic cloves - 15
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Besan Flour - 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Egg white - 1
Oil - 6 tbsp
Step 1: Soak red chili and garlic cloves in warm water for 10 minutes
Step 2: Once it did grind it to the smooth paste.
Step 3: Transfer it to the bowl and add rice flour, besan flour, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, egg white and mix well.
Step 4: Apply the mixture to the fish. Coat the fish with masala completely.
Step 5: Let it dry for 1 hour in sunlight or freezer.
Step 6: Once it dried, heat pan.
Step 7: Pour some oil and fry the fish completely until it becomes golden brown in color.
