Mushroom Matar Masala is an Indian Famous side dish made of mushroom and peas. Mushroom Matar masala is a very easy and tasty side dish which can be done within very few minutes and with simple ingredients. 
You can make this Mushroom Matar masala for chapati, dosa, paratha and also for rice. Added onion petals and capsicum gives you the additional taste to the gravy.

Peas - 100 g
Onion petals - from 1 onion
Capsicum Cubed - 1/2 
Onion chopped - 1-2
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
Curry masala powder - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to Taste 
Butter/Ghee - 3 tbsp
Tomato Puree - 1 cup(From 6 tomatoes)
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
