When you wish to eat something great and also with easy preparation then, just go with this tomato egg omelette. Mix the egg with salt and pour into the Tawa. Immediately add the tomato and coriander leaves. Add pepper on the top, if you want spicy then add more pepper.

Cooking Time - 5 Minutes
Egg - 3
Tomato - 1
Pepper Powder - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Step 1: Break the eggs and pour into a mixing bowl. Add salt and mix well without any lumps.
Step 2: Heat dosa Tawa and spread the oil evenly.
Step 3: Pour the egg on the Tawa.
Step 4: Add rounded tomatoes immediately after pouring the egg mixer.
Step 5: Add finely chopped coriander leaves over the tomatoes.
Step 6: Finally, Sprinkle the pepper powder and let it cook for 2 minutes in a medium flame.
Step 7: Flip it once the omelette is cooked. Let it cook for another side also. Switch off the flame after 2 minutes and transfer to the plate.
Serve this Tomato omelette with mayonnaise. You can take it as your breakfast or side dish for your meal. Try it and have a good food time.
