Roasted Chicken Recipe|How to make Roasted Chicken 

Roasted Chicken!! Roasted chicken is another way to make a delicious variety of chicken. In this blog, I have done many chicken recipes. Roasted chicken is also one of them, it gives you the unique taste from all. The process for making roasted chicken will take time, but the taste is good. You have to marinate the chicken for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
You just need simple ingredients to make this roasted chicken. Fry the marinated chicken in the oil and saute it with tomato puree. Then your roasted chicken will ready. It is a dry fry so you can eat it without any main course. You can not say it as paleo recipe, but you can consider it as paleo dish.
Here I have explained the Roasted chicken recipe with a step by step procedure with a clear photo. 
Servings - 2
Preparation Time  - 1 hour
Cooking Time - 20 Minutes


Chicken - 1/2 kg
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tbsp
Lemon- 1
Garlic Cloves - 5
Green chilies - 2
Onions - 2
Tomato puree - 1 cup(using 2 tomatoes)
Green chilies (slit) - 3
Curry leaves - 1sprig
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Oil to fry
To taste Salt


Step 1: Wash the chicken pieces with a pinch of salt and little turmeric powder. Keep aside.
Step 2: In a mixer jar, add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, 2 green chilies, 1/2 lemon juice, salt and make it a fine paste.

Step 3: Marinate the chicken pieces with this paste and keep aside for an hour.

Step 4: Cut onions into very thin slices and keep aside.
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan to make a fry. Add sliced onion and make a deep fry in hot oil. Drain them and keep aside.

Step 6: Fry the marinated chicken pieces in the same oil for about 10 minutes. The chicken should be fried well. Drain them and keep aside.

Step 7: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add slit green chilies and curry leaves. Saute it for 1 minute.

Step 8: Add the tomato paste to this and saute for 1 minute.

Step 9: Now add the fried chicken and saute for a couple of minutes until the tomato puree gets merged into the chicken.

Step 10: Make sure that all the chicken pieces are well cooked with the tomato puree.
Step 11: Add garam masala and pepper powder and mix well.

Step 12: Add lemon juice and mix well. Switch off the flame.

Step 13: Finally, add fried onions and mix well. 

Roasted chicken is ready to eat. Serve it with your meal and enjoy the food time. The fried chicken tastes like grill chicken.
