Okra Omelette!! Okra Omelette is an easy and healthy breakfast. You can make this okra Omelette within few minutes. Here you can use any masala of your taste. I used Maggi masala to make okra Omelette. You can use chili powder, garam masala, or whatever you like. Okra has lots of health benefits. Showed step by step procedure to make okra Omelette with photos.

Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 10 minutes
Egg - 5
Okra - 100 gms
Salt to taste
Maggi masala - 1 packet
Oil - 3 tbsp
Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add chopped okra and pinch of salt. Make a fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 2: Then in a mixing bowl add egg, salt, and Maggi masala. Mix well.
Step 3: Heat dosa pan and pour some oil. Then pour the egg mixer.
Step 4: Now top the egg with okra fry and let it cook.
Step 5: Keep the pan covered with a lid. And cook for 3 minutes in a low flame.
Step 6: Once it cooked flip it. Let it cook another side also.
Step 7: Transfer to the plate and serve hot. Since I made it for breakfast I did a big one with 5 eggs. You can also make it a small Omelette.
