Love Food!! Don't waste. Tasty, Fresh, Fast. Idly Manchurian is a crispy dish, where you can do this as your evening snack with your morning idly. Don't worry if you cooked an excess idly in the morning just cut them, fry them and make a tasty snack(Idly Manchurian).

Preparation time - 15 minutes
Idly - 4
Oil - 100 ml
Chopped Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1 small
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 5 tbsp
Manchurian masala - 5 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Step 1: Cut the idly into small pieces and keep it for marinating.
Step 2: Add Manchurian masala in a bowl and mix it well with water.
Step 3: Then add Idly pieces into this masala and let them marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Heat an oil in a pan to deep fry the marinated idly. Once the oil is ready, then put idly and let them fry.
Step 5: Take out the idly if it's fried, then keep it in a bowl.
Step 6: Now heat 2tbsp oil in a pan then, add chopped onion and saute well.
Step 7: Add ginger garlic paste and saute well until the raw aroma goes away.
Step 8: Add capsicum and stir well. Keep it in a low flame for 2 minutes.
Step 9: Add Tomato sauce and mix well. If you want it to be spicy then you can add pepper sauce or chilli sauce.
Step 10: Now add pepper powder and salt. Mix well and leave it for a minute.
Step 11: Finally, add fried idly and mix well into the gravy, then serve it hot.
