Green masala egg recipe is prepared with coriander leaves and mint leaves. You just need fewer ingredients to make this green masala egg. Boil the eggs and grind the paste. Then mix well by frying it. Your tasty green masala egg will be ready to taste your buds.

Preparation Time - 20 Minutes
Cooking Time - 10 Minutes
Boiled Egg - 5
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint Leaves - 1/2 cup
Green Chili - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1/2
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Step 1: Boil the egg and peel off. Keep aside.
Step 2: Take coriander leaves, green chili, and mint leaves in a mixer jar and grind for a fine paste.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them crackle.
Step 4: Now add chopped onion and curry leaves. Saute well for a minute.
Step 5: Add ginger garlic paste and fry it until the raw aroma goes away.
Step 6: Now add the green masala puree to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame. Cook until the oil segregate fro it.
Step 7: Take a boiled egg and cut it to small pieces.
Step 8: Add the egg pieces to the pan and gently mix well, Leave it for a couple of minutes and then switch off the flame.
