Dry Pepper Chicken
Dry Pepper Chicken!! Chicken has a wide variety of recipes. Pepper Chicken is the best among them. Greater side dish for Chapati, rice and many. Here I made pepper chicken dry with some homemade masalas. You can prepare it within 30 minutes. Try the dry and enjoy your food.

Preparation Time - 10 minutes
Cooking Time - 30 Minutes
Chicken - 1kg
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander Leaves - 2 sprig
Green Chili - 4
Ginger Garlic Paste - 4 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 3 tbsp
Garam Masala - 4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tbsp
Pepper Powder - 6 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Step 1: Wash the chicken thoroughly with a tbsp of turmeric powder and a pinch of salt.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
Step 3: Add Onion, Green chili, and curry leaves. Saute well.
Step 4: Add tomato and fry it until it gets smooth.
Step 5: Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Fry it for a minute.
Step 6: Add ginger garlic paste and toss it well for a minute.
Step 7: Add chicken and fry it well.
Step 8: Add a half cup of water and let it cook for 10 minutes by covering the lid.
Step 9: Stir intermediately.
Step 10: Finally, add pepper powder and fry for 5 to 6 minutes in a low flame.
Step 11: Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve. Here is your spicy dry pepper chicken is ready to eat.
