ChiliOnion Dosa!! Chilionion dosa is an easy and tasty variety of dosa. You can make this Chilionion dosa within five minutes. For that, you just need dosa batter, chili, and onion. When you are in a hurry, you can go with this tasty Chilionion dosa for your breakfast or dinner.

Preparation time - 5 Minutes
Cooking Time - 10 Minutes
Dosa Batter - 1 cup
Chili - 3
Onion Chopped - 1
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Idli Dosa Podi(any masala of your taste) - 2 tbsp
Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, chana dal and let them crackle.
Step 2: Now add chili and onion. Saute for half a minute.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl add dosa batter(salted Batter) and idly dosa Podi. Mix it well.
Step 4: Now add fried Onion chili mix to the bowl. Mix well.
Step 5: Heat dosa pan and pour batter for 1 dosa quantity. Add some oil and cook for a minute.
Step 6: Flip it once it cooked. Keep cooking for another minute. Take out and serve with any chutney.
