Egg Curry

Are you bored with doing chutneys for a tiffin? Are you tired of making a side dish? Well here is an easy solution to all. EGG CURRY is an easy and tasty recipe where you can enjoy your tiffin with this yummy dish. It will also go with Chapati, Dosa, idly and with rice too. Let's see how to prepare the egg curry within a few minutes.

Preparation time-5 mins


Boiled Eggs - 3
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1/2
Cubed tomato - 1/2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp


Step 1: Boil the eggs and make a slight cut in all sides of the eggs and keep it aside.

Step 2: Heat the pan and pour the coconut oil.
Step 3: Now add chopped onions and curry leaves. And saute it well.

Step 4: Once the Onion becomes browny add ginger garlic paste and stir well.

Step 5: Add sliced tomatoes.

Step 6: Now add Garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Step 7: If you want a curry to be more quantity add little water and put eggs in the gravy and let it cook for 2 minutes and make a thick curry.

Now the Yummy Egg Curry is ready to serve.
