Egg Keema is a perfect protein-rich delight for those who love egg.  Preparation of egg keema is easy and you can make it within a few minutes if you have boiled eggs. It is very cool and delicious. This egg keema is a great side dish recipe for chapati, dosa and even it will be good for rice. 

Egg keema recipe is unique and tasty whenever you get bored with usual side dish recipe just go with this egg keema. You will Love it. Whenever you boil the eggs just add some rock salt and 1/4 tbsp of oil, then the egg will be ready perfectly and you can also peel it very easily.
For making this protein-rich side dish you just need some onion, tomato, green chili, ginger garlic paste, and with this some masala powders. This will be good for paleo followers. The egg will help to reduce your weight.

Servings - 2
Preparation time - 30 minutes


Egg Boiled - 5
Ghee/Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped Onions - 2
Chopped Tomatoes - 3
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp
Green Chili - 2
Coriander leaves - 1 sprig
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1Tbsp
Water - 1 cup
Salt To Taste


Step 1: Make the Grated eggs from boiled eggs and keep aside.

Step 2: Heat Ghee in a pan and add chopped Onion, and Green Chili.

saute well until the onion gets brown in color. To fry onion quickly cover the pan and cook it will fry within a minute.

Step 3: Add Ginger garlic paste once the onion turns brown.

Saute until the raw aroma of ginger garlic paste goes away. It will take a minute.

Step 4: Once the raw aroma goes away add chopped tomato and stir well.

Step 5: Now add turmeric powder, Garam masala, Red chili powder, salt and saute it well.

Step 6: Once the tomato gets smooth add a cup of water and cook for 10 minutes in low or medium flame.

Step 7: Add Grated eggs and stir well. Simmer it for 5 minutes and switch off the stove.

Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves and mint leaves. Serve Hot.
